Abstract
Getaran adalah suatu hal yang tidak diharapkan muncul dalam sebuah system kerja pada suatu instalasi mesin. Pengukuran getaran merupakan kegiatan yang paling umum dilakukan dalam perawatan prediktif. Untuk itu pembuatan dan pengukuran getaran alat peraga pada alignment poros motor listrik - gearbox – pompa ini dilakukan untuk mengambil data getaran pada beberapa variabel pengukuran, yang berdasar pada variabel misalignment shaft / ketidaklurusan poros. Dalam pembatan alat peraga pengukuran getaran pada motor listrik-gearbox-pompa diperlukan perencanaan perancangan alat yang sesuai agar kinerja alat dapat efektif dan maksimal. Kemudian dilakukan study literatur, pengadaan barang, dan mulai perakitan, yang terakhir dilakukuan pengukuran. Pengukuran diawali dengan melakukan pengukuran Runout shaft dan kopling, Alignment Poros (metode dobel radial), dan kemudian Pengukuran getaran.Variabel yang dilakukan adalah pergeseran pompa kesisi kanan dan kiri 3 kali, masing-masing 0,1 mm. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapat hasil pada pompa memiliki getaran yang paling tinggi, karena runout poros yang besar dan putaran pompa yang tinggi. Getaran pada gearbox di beberapa bagian juga memiliki getaran yang cukup tinggi, karena dibagian bearing terjadi masalah. Hanya pada motor listrik yang menghasilkan getaran yang cukup aman. Vibration measurement is the most commonly performed activities in predictive maintenance. For that manufacturing and physic appliance vibration measurement on electric motor shaft alignment - gearbox - this pomp is made to obtain vibration data in several vibration measurements that is based on the misalignment variable shaft/straight-less shaft. In production of physic appliance of vibration measurement on electric motor - gearbox - pomp needs the planning of appropriate scheme in order to the appliance performance can be effective and maximum. Then, it is done by literature study, supply goods, start assembling and the last is conducted testing. The testing is started by conducting Ronout shaft and coupling measurement, Alignment shaft (double radial method), and then vibration measurement. Variables that are conducted are shifting the pomp 3 times to the right and left, each 0,01 mm. From the result of the testing that have been done, it is gotten a result that the pomp that has highest vibration, it is leaning there is component is damaged. Then the gearbox in several parts also has vibration which is high enough, because there are problem in the bearing part. Only at electric motor that produce vibration which is safe enough.
