ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PENGAWASAN MELEKAT DI BADAN PENGAWAS PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

The inherent supervision policy in a personnel construction area for example is to recognize the effort that done in increasing an employee performance, discipline improvement, dedication and loyalty for occupation, work organization, state and nation. To realize such governmental apparatus, one of effort that should be done is by increasing the inherent supervision. By the result of research can be recognize that within the implementation which done in the area, can be shown there are still officials who less comprehend about the procedure of the policy implementation in Supervisor Agency’s environment of Central Java Province. Symptom or new phenomenon which emerge is there is no well communication to subordinate so that have a trend which influencing the implementation of inherent supervision policy in the Supervisor Agency of Central Java Province
