Abstract

The aim of this research was to recognize the influence of leadership, compensation and physical work environment to the employees performance which was grounded by the phenomenon that occured in employees performance of PT. Jamu Jago Semarang. The independent variable of this research consisted of leadership, compensation and physical work environment while the dependent variable was employees performance. This research was conducted at PT. Jamu Jago Semarang with the data collection method which used quistionnaire technique that distributed into 80 employees of distribution PT. Jamu Jago Semarang. Based on the multiple linear regression test, the result of this research showed that leadership has significant and positive corelation with employees performance. Compensation has significant and positive influence with employees performance. Physical work enviroment has positive correlation and significant influence with the employees performance.
