KIAT MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PELAYANAN AKADEMIK DIKLATPIM IV PADA BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAMAAN SEMARANG

Abstract

The performance evaluation research in academic services at Education And Training For The Fourth Level Of The Leadership Second Group intended to descript the performance status in academic services, to know which are the aspects of academic services should be upgraded, and to know how to leverage the efficiency and the effectivity in academic services performance. In this project of research adopt the qualitative descriptive with performance analysis techniqe. In the methode do applying for collecting data by: documentation study, observation and an interview, and then the angket. For processing data using the triangulasi approach. Furthermore in its data analysis using input-process-output analysis. Based on the result of those analysis getting few points of the research. Those are: Input performance status are in low-level. Process performance denothing in good performance. And the output performance in midle level. The lack of input performance, it caused by lack of commitment in providing resources for service. Especially spread over the input performance aspects such as; hardware and software factors particularly in attendants qulifications aspects, preparing the class, and in recruitment process. Finally it could be explained that facilitating in performance whatever in hardware and software must be prepared properly. The change on frame of thinking and in frame of attitude & behaviour in working, both are not always run similarly. In optimizing the result of education and training for the Alumni’s competance, it should be followed by the routine guidance and built in controll. This effort continualy is quite effective in developing the employee’s act and conduct.
