PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP MINAT MAHASISWA MENDAFTAR PPAK SEBAGAI DAMPAK DARI PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN (PMK) NO.25/PMK.01/2014

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the effect of career motivation, economic motivation, and degree motivation on student interest to register PPAK programe. The hypothesis (1) There are positive effects of motivation on the career of student interest to register PPAK programe, (2) There is positive influence of economic motivation of student interest in accounting to register PPAK programe, and (3) There are positive effects of the degree motivation to student interest to register PPAK programe. The population in this study were student Undip S1 who entered at 2011. The sampling method study using simple random sampling amount to 200 student. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results are (1) The first hypothesis is accepted because there is a positive influence of the motivational career of student interest to register PPAK programe, (2) The second hypothesis was accepted because there is a positive influence of economic motivation of student interest to register PPAK programe, and (3 ) The third hypothesis was accepted because there are positive effects of the degree motivation of student interest to register PPAK programe
