Abstract

One of the MDG goal on quality improvement human resources around the world are improving the quality of education. Government Efforts to improve the quality of education through the program intermediate universal. Targets of Universal Intermediate Program (PMU) is achieve APK 97 percent, APK reduce disparities and improve vocational services. The purpose of this study was projecting and analyzing the success of Universal Intermediate Programs held in province of central java in 2020. Research method used is geometric projection method and descriptive statistics to calculate and projecting the value of APK, APK disparity was measured using a calculation the Lorenz curve and increase in vocational ministry in view using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that the implementation of universal intermediate program in Province of Central Java projected in 2020 managed to achieve the goals of Universal Intermediate Program, which increases the APK and improvement Universal Intermediate Program. However targets APK minimize disparities between districts / municipalities in Central Java has not been achieved in 2020.
