ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI CAPAIAN PRODUKSI TENAGA KERJA PENYADAP KARET DI PT. RUMPUN SARI ANTAN IV KECAMATAN GUMELAR KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract

Achievement of the production of labor is a measure of the extent to which human or labor force is spent well in a production process to achieve the desired results. Problem on PT. Rumpun Sari Antan IV is a decrease in Achievement of the production in each year of tapping. Indications of the achievement of this production decreasing of target achievement percentage never reached the target and show a reduction every year. The problem of the decline in the achievement of the production of this allegedly caused from several factors such as age, level of education, work experience, family dependency and tapper bonus. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of age, level of education, work experience, family dependency and tapper bonus on achievement of the production of labor rubber tappers of PT. Rumpun Sari Antan IV. This research is classified as quantitative research. The samples used in this research were 50 permanent rubber tappers employees of PT. Rumpun Sari Antan IV by using census techniques. The data used is primary data based on questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique that used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that achievement of the production of labor of rubber tappers employees of PT. Rumpun Sari Antan IV is quite good. It can be proved based on the achievement of labor production for each month in 2014 can always reach at least 80% of its production target. Age, level of education and work experience has no effect on achievement of the production of labor, while the family dependency and bonuses has positive effect on achievement of the production of labor.
