Abstract

The development of the tourism industry is an interesting phenomenon, although tourism is also a sector that is highly sensitive to changes that occur both internally and externally have great influence on the amount and the interest of tourists to visit a country, region / province and local levels. Kartini Beach is a beach attractions in Fur, Jepara, Central Java. Among the 12 attractions are located in Jepara, ranked first Kartini beach seen from the number of visitors. Factors thought to affect the number of tourists visiting Kartini Beach is a tourist income, age rating, distance and cost of travel. The sample used in this study were 100 tourists visiting Kartini Beach using accidental sampling technique. The data used is primary data by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis can know that tourist income, age rating, distance and travel expenses positive effect on the number of tourists visiting Kartini Beach. Test results of multiple linear regression showed that the regression model is used to predict good for tourist visits. While tourists visit can be explained by the independent variables are income, age, distance and travel expenses of 58.6%.
