Abstract

This study aims to create a customer profile information system design. The methodology used in this research is the data taken from a study, covers of books and literature study, conduct research by conducting direct observation, data collection, system design, analyze data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study can assist companies in establishing relationships with customers via customer application profiles are created. Apply whether the system created to benefit the company. The conclusion that the design of information systems at the customer profile of PT. PLN (Persero) Service Area Network (APJ) Tegal, the test data using the dashboard function to determine the class of data rates and power consumption data selected by the customer. The system can display data information unit of area, the data type of power tariff customers, and recapitulation power consumption. The system can display accurate information on PT.
