Abstract

Floodgates operating systemis still manually operated recently, which is it can causes water overflow caused by the door not immediately opened. The manufacture of the automatic water-door hardware based on ATMega16 motor dc as the floodgates and the electrode sensor as a water-height/level detector. Electrode sensor circuit detects the water level when an iron plate touching the water. When the water reaches the level one and two, the door one and two doors are still closed, but when the water reaches the level three, the one open door. Later when the water reaches a level four door is still open and two closed doors, but if the water reaches level five and six, the second door will open. Based on the test results, the design shows the system has been done. This is because of the water level touches the electrode sensor on a level that its height has been set. The floodgates will open and close at a predetermined level.
