System manually floodgates have much risk of human error in monitoring the water level, which can cause overflow of water because the gate was not opened. Manufacture of software monitoring floodgates automatic based Borland Delphi 7.0. is intended to system monitoring water utilizes dc motor cover doors that control the water level. Controling the gates using RS-232 serial communication between the microcontroller Atmega16 and computer applied with software Borland Delphi 7.0. This system send the data by the computer and received by the microcontroller. Data transmission is to open the gates. The trigger of the doors work is the electrodes sensor, which serves as a water level indicator. Results monitoring water doors automatically could be kept in database. From the software development has been done, If the water level in level 3 with an intake capacity of 4500 cm3 so 2 second after the water level in level 3, the gate 1 will be open and when the water level is already showing level 5 with an intake capacity of 7500 cm3, then 2 second after the water level in level 5 all the gates will be open. All the gates will be closed when the water levels are at level 2 or after 14 seconds all the gates open with an intake capacity of 3000 cm3.
