Abstract
Healthy and occupation saving is an important point in a factory. Because throught it, the workers will feel save in working. Occupation Satisfying is an emotional situation wich glad or not where the workers think about occupation. And worker’s job is an important point in a factory, because the productifity of factory can be measured from the worke’s job. This research was executed at PT. Jamu Air Mancur, Palur, Karanganyar. It has purpose to know how influencing of Healthy and Occupation Saving to worker’s Job and satisfying. Total number 67 respondens used taking sampling step with nonprobability sampling. The analysis which has been used such as :dual regretion, validity test, reliability test, classic assumtion test, mediation influencing test (intervening), R2test, F test and t test. The result of analysis wich has been done by researcher to real tha Occupation Healty has good influencing and signify with variable job satisfyling, Occupation Saving variable had positive influencing and as direct as with Occupation Satisfying variabel, it had positive influencing and as direct as with worker’s job, occupation saving variable had positive influencing and as direct as with worker’s job variable as big and Occupation Satisfying variable had positive influencing and as direct as with worker’s job variable. The result which was done used t test could be known Occupation Satisfying variable that has positive influencing and signify with worker’s job variable.
