PENGARUH PEMBINAAN ARSIP DESA OLEH KANTOR PERPUSTAKAAN DAN ARSIP DAERAH KABUPATEN TEGAL TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DI DESA GROBOG WETAN KECAMATAN PANGKAH KABUPATEN TEGAL

Abstract

The obscurity of village archive management could interfere the village administration processes. System and rules, human resources, tools, and infrastructures which have yet to be available sufficiently lead to archive management ineffectiveness. The authority of the Office of Regional Library and Archive of KabupatenTegal is to hold archival training events for village administrator organisation in DesaGrobogWetan, KecamatanPangkah, KabupatenTegal. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. While the informants for this research are eight administrators of DesaGrobogWetan. The type of data source used in this research is primary data source. Data collection techniques are interview and observation. Whereas the data analysis method used is Miles and Huberman analysis model. The achieved result shows the influence of village archive training events on the archive management in DesaGrobogWetan, KecamatanPangkah, KabupatenTegal. The archive management in Desa Grobog Wetan, Kecamatan Pangkah, Kabupaten Tegal is improving which means during the archive controlling process becomes effective, efficient, and systematic and includes creation, use, maintenance, and diminution.
