Abstract

Pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan analisa efisiensi termal pada PLTU 1 Jawa Timur Pacitan untuk kondisi High Pressure Heater 1 inservice dan outservice yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya penurunan efisiens itermal saat High Pressure Heater 1 tidak beroperasi dan besarnya kerugian yang diakibatkan akibat penurunan efisiensi termal tersebut. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada beban 300 MW, dengan pengambilan 15 data, satu data saat komisioning pada 16 Maret 2013 dan 14 data diambil dari awal Januari 2014 sampai awal Mei 2014. Dari hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa efisiensi termal paling tinggi terjadi pada tanggal 22 April 2014 yaitu sebesar 44.84 % dan efisiens itermal paling rendah adalah pada 4 Mei 2014 yaitu sebesar 41.09 % saat kondisi HP Heater 1 inservice. Saat dibandingkan antara efisiensi termal pada kondisi HP Heater 1 inservice dengan outservice rata - rata terjadi penurunan efisiensi termal sebesar ± 5%. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan naiknya konsumsi bahan bakar batu bara. Kata kunci : High Pressure Heater, Heat Rate , EfisiensiTermal Purpose of this final project to analysis on the thermal efficiency of the power plant in PLTU 1 JawaTimurpacitan for conditions High Pressure Heater 1 inservice and outservice, so we can know the magnitude of decrease in thermal efficiency when High Pressure Heater 1 inservice and the magnitude of the loss caused due to a decrease in the thermal efficiency. Data collection was performed at load of 300 MW for 15 data collection, one data taken from commissioning at 16 march 2013 and 14 data taken from early January 2014 until early may 2014. From the data analysis it can be concluded that highest thermal efficiency occurred on 22 April 2014 is 44.84 % and the lowest thermal efficiency occurred on 4 may 2014 is 41.09% in condition HP Heater 1 inservice. When compared between the thermal efficiency of the inservice condition with outservice average decrease of thermal efficiency is ± 5%. This can cause a rise in the consumption of fuel coal.
