PENERAPAN METODE AHP-TOPSIS PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN PERUMAHAN

Abstract

Increase of population, then so does the need for housing. This makes the developers (developers) residential strive to offer products that can meet the needs of the community residence. The number of housing makes home seekers difficulty in determining the appropriate choice. Seeing the number of existing housing, we need a decision support system that can take into account all the criteria that support decision-making in determining appropriate housing. The method used in making a decision is the method TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used in calculating the weights of the criteria used in the process of TOPSIS. By using both methods, then we obtain the best housing recommendations from the consumer according to several criteria (Price, Land Area, Type, Environment, Support Facilities, Location and Quality Building).
