Abstract
PLTU 1 Jawa Timur - Pacitan adalah sebuah pembangkit listrik tenaga Uap yang menggunakan bahan bakar batubara berkalori rendah dengan daya terpasang sebesar 2x315 MW. PLTU 1 Jawa Timur Pacitan ini terdiri dari berbagai komponen utama dan komponen pendukung. Salah satu komponen pendukung yang keberadaannya harus selalu aktif di PLTU adalah Induced Draft Fan (IDF) Cooling Fan Motor. Namun alat inipada PLTU Pacitan mengalami high vibration pada M1H 25,55 mm/sec; M1V 11,10 mm/sec; M2H 18,83 mm/sec; M2V 18,20 mm/sec; M2A 14,37 mm/sec, setelah dilakukan analisis uji vibrasidiindikasi mengalami unbalance. Untuk mengatasinya maka dilakukan balancing dengan penambahan plat logam 22 gram pada sudut 22º dan 4 gram pada sudut 138º. Setelah dilakukan balancing indikasi unbalance sudah tidak ada dan vibrasi motor sudah turun menjadi M1H 1,007 mm/sec; M1V 0,741 mm/sec; M2H 1,217 mm/sec; M2V 1,473 mm/sec; M2A 1,306 mm/sec. Kata Kunci :Vibrasi, Unbalance, Balancing PLTU 1 Jawa Timur - Pacitan is a thermal power plant that uses low-calorie coal fuel, with an installed power of 2x315 MW.Pacitan power plant is comprised of various major components and supporting components. One of the supporting components which existence must always be active is Induced Draft Fan (IDF) Cooling Fan Motor. However these equipment at PLTU Pacitan run into high vibration onM1H 25,55 mm/sec; M1V 11,10 mm/sec; M2H 18,83 mm/sec; M2V 18,20 mm/sec; M2A 14,37 mm/sec, after the vibration spectrum analysis indicated that motor is unbalance. To handle it then do a balancing with the addition of 22 grams of the metal plate at an angle of 22º and 4 grams at an angle of 138º. After balancing the unbalance indication is gone and the vibration motor has been decreased toM1H 1,007 mm/sec; M1V 0,741 mm/sec; M2H 1,217 mm/sec; M2V 1,473 mm/sec; M2A 1,306 mm/sec.
