DAMPAK PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PEDESAAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI (Kasus Kecamatan Pati Kabupaten Pati Jawa Tengah)

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effectiviness of the BLM-PUAP funds distribution and the influence of the PUAP program upon farmers income. To the farmers, the lack of the capital and the difficult procedure of credit lending. Are a common problem that faced. With the existense of PUAP program in form of a Bantuan Langsung Mandiri (BLM) is expected to help the rural society especially the farmers in terms of institutional, organized systems and capital. The research method that use was interview and distributing questionnaire to 80 respondent farmes. That result from the interviews and questionnaire were analyzed further by three analysis metod which is descriptive analyzis, the R/C Ratioanalyzis and teh caculated t test. The results showa the effectiveness of the distribution of BLM-PUAP. Because it was fullfill the effectiveness criteria (the percentage of the arrears, the loan interest rate and the loan range). Another result is there is an influence to the farmers income from before after the existence of PUAP program. From the calculation of the R/C Ratio and analyzis shows that there is a income ratio that bigger than one and the increasing of farmers income after the existence of PUAP program. Based on results of the calculated t test, the value of the calculated is bigger than the value of tabel t that means there is a real difference on the farmers income from before and after the existence of PUAP program
