Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory control of raw materials in order to feed cattle efficiency, due to inventory control of raw materials affects the smooth production process. In a smooth production process itself is influenced by the presence or absence of raw material available so that the raw materials can be processed in the production process Through the descriptive method to determine how the policy of PT. Karyana Main Gita in controlling inventory of raw materials as well as methods to compare verikatif inventory control. The method of analysis used in this research is by using Pareto charts, using the EOQ method (Economic Order Quantity), and fishbone diagrams. . The results of the analysis of the obtained Pareto diagram tool wheat brand, wheat pollard, palm and cassava cake is 4 dominant raw material in the manufacture of concentrates. While the comparison between the inventory control of raw materials according to the EOQ method resulting in the amount of raw material purchasing dominant efisen if the accumulated more than raw material inventory control method according to company policy. man, method, machine and the environment is a factor causing poor feed quality analysis based on causal diagram
