Abstract

Pada pengoperasiannya, PLTU batu bara memerlukan supply udarauntuk proses pembakaran. Salah satu supply udara pada PLTU batubara adalah supply udara primer. Udara primer yang di supply oleh primary air fan digunakan untuk transport batubara. Pada tugas akhir kali ini akan dilakukan analisa efisiensi primary air fan A unit 1 PLTU 1 Jawa Timur Pacitan pada beban 300 MW. Perhitungan efisiensi dengan metode in-out ini dilakukan pada rentang tanggal 17 Oktober 2013 sampai tanggal 5 Mei 2014.Dari hasil perhitungan, terjadi fluktuasi efisiensi primary air fan. Fluktuasi yang terjadi masih dalam rentang aman karena keadaan alat masih dalam keadaan baik. Kata kunci : PLTU batubara, supply udara primer, primary air fan, efisiensi, metode in-out Operational of coal fired power plant needs air supply for combustion process. One of air supply in coal fired power plant is primary air supply. Primary air which supply by primary air fan is use to coal transport. Purpose of this final project to analysis of efficiency primary air fan A unit 1 Indonesia Pacitan Coal Fired Power Plant on 300 MW load. Calculation of efficiency take on October 17th 2013 until Mey 5th 2014 use in-out metode. Based on calculation, happen efficiency fluctuation.
