Abstract

Kata kunci: Efisiensi Daya, Condensate Extraction Pump, head loss The purpose of this final assessment is to get a new knowledge about how Condensate Extraction Pump works and to identify power efficiency performance based on some calculations. We have gone through 3 stages while we were doing this final assessment. The first stage is preparation, the second stage is collecting data and the last stage is processing and calculating data. As the result, power efficiency of Condensate Extraction Pump A in October-November 2013 is 81,57% and power efficiency of Condensate Extraction Pump B in March-April 2014 is 81,01%. The difference between power efficiency of Pump A and B is 0,56 %. The drop in efficiency is due to high demand for condensate water toward deaerator arranged in accordance with their needs. Loss of head loss is not negligible and should be taken into account. Keyword: power efficiency, condensate extraction pump, head loss
