Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Implementasi Mode Perhitungan Nilai Maintenance Priority Indeks (MPI) Untuk Meningkatkan Keandalan Pipa Boiler PLTU 1 Pacitan dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modus terjadinya kegagalan atau kerusakan pada pipa-pipa boiler, dan memberikan Failure Defense Task (FDT) agar dapat menanggulangi atau mengatasi kerusakan pipa-pipa boiler. Selama ini untuk boiler ini belum ada reability management dalam meningkatkan keandalan peralatan. Untuk itu penulis ingin mengkaji failure mode yang muncul, menentukan dampaknya terhadap produksi, kemudian menjalankan tindakan koreksi. Dari hasil analisa, penulis menemukan nilai Maintenance Priority Index (MPI) boiler tertinggi yaitu 155,0078339. Sehingga diperlukan perhatian yang lebih agar dapat mengurangi kerusakan/kebocoran pipa boiler. Setelah mendapatkan nilai MPI. Adapun RPN pada super heater tube, reheat tube, waterwall tube, economizer tube adalah sama.. Dilihat dari nilai RPN ini maka penulis merekommendasikan agar boiler ini segera membuat action plan baik untuk sisi operasi, pemeliharaan dan kualitas material yang digunakan. Kata kunci: FDT, Nilai MPI, action plan dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi. The research that entitled "The Implementation of Mode Maintenance Priority Indeks (MPI) to Improve Reliability Pipeline Boiler of 1 Pacitan is done with descriptive method. This research aims to determine the mode of occurrence of failure or damage to the boiler pipes, and give Failure Defense Task ( FDT ) in order to overcome the damage to the boiler pipes. So far, these boilers have no reability management in improving equipment reliability. For that reason, the writer wanted to assess the failure modes that arise and determine their impact on production, then perform corrective action. From the analysis, the writer found the Maintenance Priority Index ( MPI ) boiler is 155,00783392.So it requires more attention in order to reduce the damage / boiler tube leakage.The RPN is the highest in the boiler super heater tube reheat tube, waterwall tube, economizer tubeis the same. Viewed from this RPN value, the writer wants to recommend to immediately create an action plan for the operation, maintenance and quality of materials used.
