Abstract
ABSTRAK Delay is an additional time needed by a peripatetic vehicle to pass intersection compared to pass trajectory without intersection. Intersection or meeting a piece between of two type of transportation preparation in this case between roadway and railway track represent meeting form which often generate delay. At the moment, some trajectory or junction are controlled by automatic trajectory door. The problems is when the vehicle volume approaching trajectory is high, it is potential to generate delay and long vehicle queue.. This research is aimed to know the characteristic of delay and vehicle queue length occurred for varoius closing duration of train trajectory door and various of traffic current volume. Based on dta observed at trajectory 53 great joint street Malang - Surabaya Km.10 found that there are inconsistency correlation between model of delay caused by vehicle queue length and model delay observation and vehicle queue length
