HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASIINTERPERSONAL REMAJA DENGAN ORANG TUA DENGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA SISWA SLTPN I DEPOK YOGYAKARTARELATION COMMUNICATIONS INTERPERSONAL ADOLESCENT WITH OLD FELLOW WITH STOREY KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTH OF REPRODUDTION STUDENT OF SLTP I DEPOK YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa derasnya informasi yang diterima remaja dari berbagai media massa, memperbesar kemungkinan remaja melakukan praktek seksual tidak sehat dan penyimpangan seksual (hasil penelitian Sigg 73,1% mendapat informasi dari TV dan 36,1% dari Orang tua). Menurut Bigner, anak yang tumbuh menjadi remaja tuanya seharusnya beradaptasi tehadap tuntutan perkembangan perubahan yang dialami anak. Namun kenyataan yang ada, peran orang tua dalam pemberian kesehatan reproduksi masih sangat kurang dibandingkan dengan dari sumber lain. Rendahnya komunikasi antara remaja dengan orang tua berakibat remaja akan cenderung mencoba/mengulang perbuatan yang tidak sesuai dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan remaja khusunya masalah kesehatan reproduksi, maka kondisi ini menuntut efektifnya komuniksi antara remaja dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal remaja dengan orang tua tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa SLTPN I Depok Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelasa II SLTP N I Depok Yogyakarta. Besar sample ditentuan dengan rumus sample mimimal size dan dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat bivariat yang terdiri dari analisid deskritif dengan tabel frekuensi dan secara analitik dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dari pearson, untuk melihat hubungan antara komunikasi remaja dengan orang tua dengan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, Alfa = 0.05, Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antara remaja dengan orang tua kurang yaitu 52,9% dengan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi cukup sebesar 51,4%. Hasil uji statistik menunjuk tidak adanya hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal remaja dengan orang tua dengan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi (P-value=0,749). Disarankan orang tua dapat meningkatkan komunikasi dengan remaja khususnya mengenai masalah kesehatan reproduksi Various research indicating that the rapid of accepted information by adolescent from various massmedia, enlarging the possibility of adolescent practiceindisposed sexual and deviation of sexual ( result of research of Siggh 73,1% getting information of TV and 36,1% from Old fellow). According to Signer, child who is grow become adolescent, his/her old fellow ought to adapt to demand of growth of chid. But the fact, the role of old fellow in giving of information of heatlh of reproduction is still very less compared to information of other source. The low communictions between adolescents with their old fellow cause adolescent will tend to trying/repeating behaviour which disagree with health of reproduction. To know adolescent problems espcially the problem of heatlh of reproduction, hence this condition claliming effectiveness of interpersonal communication between adolescents their old fellow. This research aims to know the relation of communications of interpersonal adolescent with old fellow with knowledge level of heatlh of reproduction at student of SLTPN I Depok Yoyakarta. This Type of Research is research explanatory. Research was do with method survey and approach of sectional cross. This Research population is student of SLTP N I Depok Yoyakarta at second class. The amount of sample determined with formula of sample minimum of size and selected with technique of purposive sampling Data analysed by univariat and bivariate which consist of analysis of with tables of frequency and analyticly by using correlation test of product moment of pearson, to see relation of communications between adolescent with old fellow with level knowledge of heatlh of reproductions between adolescent with old fellow with level knowledge of heatlh of reproduction, alfa = 0.05, Result of descriptive analysis indicate that commucations between adolescent with old fellow less thah is 52,9% with knowledge of heatlh of reproduction enough equal to 51,4%. Result of statistical test show that there is no relation between communications of interpersonal adolescent (P-value=0,749) Old fellow is suggested can improve communications with adolescent especially about heatlh of reproduction.
