Abstract
This study exposed without any research gap from earlier studies, in which case the difference between the results of researchers with one another. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and commitment to the performance of PUSKUD JATIM. This research uses a simple random sampling method using sweepstakes. sample research amounted to 93 people from 120 overall number of employees. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression. Research results get that regression equations as follows:Performance = 0,309X1+0,270X2+0,409X3 Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study is valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, regression models multikolonieritas free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and normal distribution. The greatest variable is the variable organizational commitment to 0.409, while the smallest variable is the variable of work motivation 0,270. The results of the study found that all independent variables are positive and significant effect on the dependent variable
