Abstract

Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahauan dan teknologi, di ikuti dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan di bidang industri terutama transportasi, sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah serta menambah kenyamanan dalam mencukupi kebutuhan hidup. Salah satunya adalah di bidang otomotif, dimana dalam penggunaannya diperlukan pengetahuan tentang mesin tersebut dengan baik agar selama pengoperasian mesin tersebut dapat berjalan se-efektif dan se-efesien mungkin. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas akhir ini adalah Perhitungan ulang yang diperlukan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari suatu motor bensin Daihatsu 16 valve. Rekalkulasi adalah perhitungan kembali kerja mesin dimana dilakukan untuk mengetahui besaran yang terdapat pada mesin untuk dibandingkan dengan keadaan semula / secara teoritis. Perhitungan kembali yang dilakukan disini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja mesin tersebut apakah masih layak digunakan atau sudah tidak lagi layak untuk digunakan. Dari hasil penyelesaian tugas akhir rekalkulasi kinerja motor bensin dengan mengambil objek motor bensin 4 silinder Daihatsu 16 valve, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal antara lain : Daya indikator mesin 64,32 HP; Pemakaian bahan bakar tiap jam 14,65 liter/jam; Panas yang di serap air pendingin 4548,224 kkal/jam; Daya pompa yang di butuhkan 0,505Hp; Volume radiator 3,03 lt; Jumlah panas yang diserap radiator 14789,406 kkal / jam; Daya untuk menggerakan kipas 1.51318 HP. Kata kunci : Motor bensin, Pendinginan, Daya. One isin the automotive field, where in its user equires knowledge of them achineproperly in order for the operation of the machine canrunas effectively and efficiently as possible through out. The aim of this thesis is the calculations necessary to re-determine the performance of a gasoline engine of Daihatsu 16 valve. Recalculation is re-calculation of a component which is performed to determine the amount contained in the component to be compared with the original state / theoretically. Recalculation is done here is to determine the performance of the engine is still fit for use or is no longer viable for use. From the results of the completion of the final task recalculation namely petrol motor performance by taking 4-cylinder gasoline engine object Daihatsu 16 valve, then we can conclude several things, among others: re-calculation and computation power fuel system, The calculation results obtained are as follows: : Power indication 64,32 HP; fuel consumption 14,65 l / jamheat absorbed by the cooling water4548,224kcl/jam; pump power required0,444Hp; Volume radiator 3,03 lt; the amount of heat is removed by radiator 14789.406kcl / jam; power to drive the fan 1.51318 HP.
