Abstract

Pada tugas akhir ini penulis merencanakan re-desain simulator refrigerator, yang bertujuan melakukan uji kelayakan dari alat refrigerasi tersebut, mengetahui struktur rancangan alat refrigerator untuk mendapat kinerja dari alat refrigerasi sehingga didapatkan suatu alat yang lebih efektif dan effisien, selanjutnya dapat dilakukan simulasi penelitian terhadap proses refrigerasi. Dengan pengaturan laju air masuk kondensor dan evaporator sebesar 0,5 ltr/mnit dan 1 ltr/mnit. Didapat COP yang dihasilkan berada pada rentang 2,26 sampai 4,71 , daya kompresi yang dibutuhkan berada pada 0,07 KW sampai 0,315 KW, efisiensi kompresi yang dihasilkan berada pada rentang 13,26 % sampai 51,14 %. Kata kunci : COP refrigerasi , Simulator Refrigerasi, Daya kompresor. In this thesis the author planned re-design simulator refrigerator, which aims to test the feasibility of refrigeration, refrigeration tool knowing the structure of the design to get the performance of a refrigeration appliance to obtain a tool that is more effective and efficient, further research can be carried out simulations of the process refrigeration. By setting the rate of water entering the condenser and evaporator of 0.5 ltr / mnit and 1 ltr / mnit. The resulting COP obtained were in the range of 2.26 to 4.71, the required compression power is at 0.07 kW to 0.315 kW, the resulting compression efficiency is in the range 13,26% to 51,14%.
