It can affect the performance and management of the health center should be obtain efficiently. therefore, this study aims to evaluate the relative efficiency of health centers in Semarang in 2012. This study uses a nonparametric approach, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). DEA method chosen because of its advantages over the glittering process inputs and outputs, that commonly difficult to investigate perfectly when using the others analytical technic measurement. This study uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the assumption of Variable Return to Scale (VRS) output oriented model. Input variables consist of health financing from state budget (APBN), operation and maintenance cost, numbers of medical staf, and numbers of other medical staf. Output variables consist of number of visitor, coverage of active family planning, immunization coverage, number of child under five’s weighting, and number of health promotion.
