Abstract
The company's success in implementing its business can not be separated from its human resources (HR). No exception for a school that offers the service, where the teacher as a human resources plays an important role as the spearhead of the school. Currently collecting competent teacher performs well and getting suits made, moreover, retain existing ones. The school needs to motivate teachers to achieve goals effectively through the provision of adequate compensation, work environment conducive aspires to continue to make investments to perform reception, selecting, and retaining teachers to avoid potential impact on turnover intention to turnover teacher. The research was conducted on SDIT Asy-Syaamil Bontang. This study uses Compensation and Job insecurity as independent variables and Turnover Intention as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Compensation and Job insecurity on Turnover Intention. The sample used was a teacher SDIT Asy-Syaamil where the number of samples specified in this study were 79 respondents using census method. The analysis used include reliability test, validity test, the classical assumption test, model test, and regression analysis. The data was processed using SPSS produce regression equation Y = - 0.395X1 + 0.285X2 . Based on the t-test is performed and the results of the regression analysis, it can be seen that the Compensation and significant negative effect on turnover intention and Job insecurity positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention
