Abstract

FAKTOR KEPEMIMPINAN PELAYANAN POLIKLINIK GIGI YANG MENDUKUNG MOTIVASI KERJA DOKTER GIGI DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA SEMARANG Leadership Factor Support Services Dental Clinic Dentist Work Motivation In Semarang Police Hospitals Gustina Pasca1, Sudiro2, Cahya Tri Purnami2 1) RS Bhayangkara Jl. Majapahit No 140 Semarang No. Telp (024) 6720675 2) Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang Abstrak Motivasi kerja dokter gigi merupakan faktor penting pendukung keberhasilan pelayanan poliklinik gigi. Ada keluhan dokter gigi meliputi 1) keterbatasan program pengenalan poliklinik gigi untuk dokter gigi baru, selain dilaksanakan hanya dua minggu, ternyata belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi keefektifan program pengenalan tersebut, demikian juga dengan program-program pengenalan peralatan poliklinik gigi baru, 2) belum ada program pelatihan pelayanan poliklinik gigi yang diperuntukkan khusus untuk dokter gigi, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan atau kemampuan dokter gigi dalam melaksanakan pelayanan di poliklinik gigi, 3) belum ada program pengkalibrasian dan pemeliharaan rutin peralatan poliklinik gigi meliputi dental unit, dental hand instrumen set, infra red, minor surgical set, dan alat suction (penghisap lendir), dan 4) belum ada pengkajian prosedur (SOP) rutin dan berkelanjutan yang mengarah pada faktor kepemimpinan pelayanan poliklinik gigi. Adapun tujuan umum penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor kepemimpinan pelayanan poliklinik gigi yang mendukung motivasi kerja dokter gigi di RS Bhayangkara Semarang.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional, dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah 3 orang dokter gigi dan 2 orang manajemen pelayanan poliklinik gigi. Analisis data yang digunakan content analysis (analisa isi) yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan motivasi kerja dokter gigi dari kepemimpinan aspek visi, komunikasi visi, penyediaan sarana prasarana, advokasi penggunaan SOP, advokasi tugas pokok dan fungsi, penerapan reward system, sedangkan motivasi kerja dokter gigi muncul dari aspek reward system, pengembangan diri, promosi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pihak manajemen pelayanan poliklinik gigi RS Bhayangkara Semarang untuk melakukan arahan tujuan secara rutin, kepastian penyediaan sumber daya penunjang, pengkajian dan pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi dokter gigi. There were complaints dentist recognition 1) programs include limited dental clinic for a new dentist, held just two weeks apart, it has never been done evaluating the effectiveness of the introduction of the program, as well as programs of introduction of the new dental clinic equipment, 2) there is no training program services dental clinic dedicated exclusively for dentists, with the aim to improve skills or abilities in performing services dentist in the dental clinic, 3) there is no calibration and routine maintenance program dental clinic equipment includes dental unit, dental hand instrument set, infra red, minor surgical sets, and tool suction (suction mucus), and 4) there is no assessment procedure (SOP) routine and ongoing leadership factors that lead to the dental clinic services. The general purpose of research is to analyze the factors of leadership that supports service dental clinic dentist in work motivation Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang .. This study is a qualitative study with an observational approach, the cross-sectional study design. Subjects were 3 dentists and 2 dental clinic service management. Analysis of the data used content analysis (content analysis) of data collection, data reduction, presenting the data and draw conclusions. The results showed support for the dentist work motivation of the leadership aspects of vision, vision communication, provision of infrastructure, advocating the use of SOPs, advocacy duties and functions, application of the reward system, while the dental work motivation arises from aspects of reward system, self development, promotion. This research recommendations for management services Semarang Bhayangkara Hospital dental clinic to perform routine referral purposes, providing certainty of resource support, assessment and supervision of the implementation of the duties and functions of the dentist.
