Abstract
Stadium Futsal Center is one of futsal arenas in semarang. The emerging of futsal arenas nowadays especially in Semarang, causes the competition of this business become so more. The best way to win te competition and become a market leader by improving the service quality continously. So that, the consumer’s satisfaction could be achieved. This study discusses the implementation of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) at Stadium Futsal Center to understand the consumers needs. This study aims to identify costumers and technical requiremnets in order to enchance service quality of Stadium Futsal Center. The population of this study is all consumers of Stadium Futsal Center in Semarang.Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents, by using non probabilty sampling and purposive sampling approaches. This study showed technical requirements that must be addressed by The Stadium Futsal Center to satisfy costomers needs. The technical responses consist of : 1)Service Quality 2) Room cleaning 3)Light of the field 4)Maintenance of Fan and Ventilation 5) Field Cleaning.
