Abstract
Universitas Diponegoro Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Konsentrasi Administrasi dan Kebijakan Kesehatan Minat Manajemen Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak 2014 ABSTRAK Ratna Sari Dewi Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Bidan Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) di Kabupaten Jombang Tahun 2013 xvi + 104 halaman + 38 tabel + 10 lampiran AKI dan AKB disebabkan keterlambatan, dalam pengambilan keputusan, terlambat merujuk dan terlambat mendapatkan pertolongan. P4K salah satu cara guna mempercepat proses penurunan angka kematian ibu dan anak. Kinerja bidan desa dalam pelaksanaan P4K sangat berperan penting. Hambatan tenaga kesehatan adalah sulitnya menggerakkan masyarakat hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya tugas bidan wilayah. Sehingga bidan kesulitan memotivasi dan menggerakkan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Bidan Desa dalam Pelaksanaan P4K di Kabupaten Jombang Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian inferensial yang bersifat explanatori research, pendekatan studi kuantitatif dengan cross sectional. Populasi nya adalah seluruh bidan desa di 34 Puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Jombang dengan teknik sampling proporsional sampling didapatkan 314 responden. Sebelum analisis data, dilakukan uji normalitas data untuk regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, supervisi, persepsi kompensasi, kepemimpinan puskesmas, fasilitas, beban kerja dan hubungan dengan rekan kerja, sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bidan desa dalam pelaksanaan P4K adalah sikap p-value 0,000 dan hubungan rekan kerja p-value 0,002 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (=0,05). Berdasarkan uji regresi logistik variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah sikap yang memiliki nilai Exp B sebesar 46,153. Kesimpulan dibutuhkan umpan balik yang baik antara bawahan, rekan kerja dengan atasan, sehingga tercipta suatu komunikasi secara tidak langsung memberikan informasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan dorongan bidan desa untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan P4K. The program of CPPC is one of the efforts to accelerate the process of decreasing these rates. The role of village midwives is very important in implementing the program. Some identified barriers faced by health workers are difficulties in actuating a community because they have multitasking. This research aimed to identify factors influencing the performance of village midwives in implementing the program of CPPC in District of Jombang in 2013. This was explanatory research using quantitative method and cross-sectional approach. Population was all village midwives worked at 34 health centers in Jombang District. Furthermore, Number of samples was 314 respondents carried out by a technique of proportional sampling. Tests of normality and logistic regression were used to analyze data. The result of this research revealed that among variables of knowledge, attitude, motivation, supervision, perception of compensation, leadership of a health center, facility, workload, and relationship with fellow workers, only two variables namely attitude (p=0.000) and relationship with fellow workers (p=0.002) significantly influenced the performance of village midwives (p<0.05). Furthermore, based on the logistic regression test, attitude was as a dominant variable (Exp B=46.153). As a conclusion, there needs good feedback from workers, fellow workers, and a leader in order to make good communication and it indirectly contributes to provide information which can improve knowledge and motivation of village midwives to improve their performance in implementing the program of CPPC.
