MEMBANGUN “KERAJAAN BISNIS” : KEPEMIMPINAN WIBOWO

Abstract

The main problem many UKM in Indonesia, one of which is the quality of human resources is still low. These circumstances require UKM to have good leadership skills in order to direct their employees to achieve company goals. UD. Wibowo Putra Mandiri is one of the UKM that demonstrate success through good leadership. Leaders are known to retain their employees to work without a contract for decades. This study used qualitative methods to determine the source of the data by purposive sampling, which is chosen with the purpose and specific considerations. Methods of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the collected data will be analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and data validity. The results of this study are Wibowo, as the founder and leader of the UD. Wibowo Putra Mandiri applying Islamic leadership style. Reflecting on the trail Muhammad, Wibowo able to build his business empire and are able to maintain all of its employees to work for dozens of years.
