Abstract
Service today's increasingly competitive education . It is encouragingschools at this time to further improve its performance . no exceptionSMP , MTs and MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an . One attempt to do is to improve the performance of teachers and increase job satisfaction .This study analyzes the influence of motivation and work disciplineon job satisfaction of teachers that affect performance .To examine these issues , a questionnaire distributed to 112Junior civil servant teachers , MTs and MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an . The data acquired was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: (1) Motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Discipline of work positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers (3) Labor discipline and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (4) Discipline of work positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers (5) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on teacherperformance
