Abstract
Angka kematian ibu dan bayi merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan masyarakat. tingginya angka kematian ibu dan bayi di kabupaten klaten 2005 menggambarkan bahwa upaya penurunan kasus kematian maternal dan neonatal mengalami penurunan cakupan dari tahun 2003. kondisi tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kinerja bidan desa belum optimal dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya serta sebagfai tenaga terdepan dalam upaya menurunkan angka kematian maternal dan neonatal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan desa dalam menurunkan angka kematian maternal dan neonatal di kabupaten klaten. faktor tersebut adalah masa kerja, status perkawinan, motivasi, asala daerah, sarana kerja, kompensasi, supervisi, pelatihan dan letak desa. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan cross sectional . lokasi penelitian di kabupaten klaten dengan jumlah bidan sebanyak 48 orang bidan desa. sumber data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi yang terkait. analisis dilakukan secara diskriptf dan analitik dengan menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman dan chi square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95 % dan signifikansi ditentuka apabila pvalue < 0,05. pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan SPSS versi 12.0. berdasarkan uji korelasi rank spearman dan chi square menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (pvalue 0,000), sarana kerja (pvalue 0,018), kompensasi (pvalue 0,000), pelatihan (pvalue 0,000) terbukti secara statistik mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja bidan desa sedangkan variabel masa kerja(pvalue 0,625), status perkawinan (pvalue 0,198), asal daerah (pvalue 0,077), supervisi dinkes (pvalue 0,208), supervisi kepala puskesmas (pvalue 0,546)dan letak desa (pvalue 0,591)tidak terbukti mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja bidan desa. dengan memberikan kompensasi bagi yang berprestasi dan mengadakan pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan keterampilan teknis bagi bidan desa dapat meningkatkan kinerja bidan desa. the maternal and mortality rate is indicator people health status.highly maternal and neonatal mortality rate at klaten district in 2005 which can help to discribe on effort to decrease maternal and neonatal mortality rate mostly experienced a converage discreasing from 2003 an still under the target rate. the condition indicated the performance of village midwife hasn't been optimum yet in conducting its main duty and function and also as foremost labor decreasing maternal and neonatal mortality rate. the research aims to knwo factors related to the performence at village midwife to decreasing maternal and neonatal mortality rate at klaten district. the factors are work periode, marriage status,motivation, place origin, medium work, compentation, supervision, training and village location. kind of the used reseacrh was survey research with cross sectional aproach. the research location was in klaten distric with respondent were in the amount of 48 village midwife. the data primary source obtained by using questioner and secondary data was obtained from institution. the analisys data was conducted in the way of describtive and analytic by using a correlation test of rank spearman an chi square with trust degree of 95% and significance was determinan if p value 0,05 the data processing was performed by using SPSS version 12.0. based on the correalation test of rank speramen and chi square, it was obtained motivation (pvalue 0,000), work status (pvalue 0,018), kompensation (pvalue 0,000), training (p value 0,000) statiscally here significant correlation with the performence of village midwife, mean while the variable of work period(p value 0,625), marriage status (p value 0,198), place origin (pvalue 0,077), supervition of health official (p value 0,208), supervition of public health center (p value 0,546)and village location (p value 0,591)have no significant correlation with the performence of village midwife. by giving compensation having achievement and carry out at training toincrease technical skill for midwife can to increase the performnce of village midwife
