Abstract

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him (Mangkunagara, 2007). Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. The importance of employee performance achieved by directing researchers to determine the variables that can affect the performance of the employee. This study examines the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through questioner with respondents PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk employees. The data obtained are then analyzed using Regression Testing and Regression Testing Simple. Statistical tests on the variables examined in this study suggests that the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance.
