Abstract

Angka cakupan temuan TB paru di Kota Semarang sebesar 61% masih di bawah target yang ditentukan yaitu 70% hal ini mungkin di karena rendahnya kinerja petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas dalam penemuan penderita TB paru yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi kepemimpinan, beban kerja, imbalan, sarana dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel adalah populasi target yaitu seluruh petugas pemegang program P2TB di 37 Puskesmas Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian bivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi kepemimpinan, imbalan dan pelatihan ada hubungan bermakna dengan kinerja petugas pemegang program P2TB (p<0,05). Sedangkan beban kerja dan sarana, tidak ada hubungan bermakna dengan kinerja petugas program P2TB (p>0,05). Hasil uji Regresi Logistik Berganda menunjukan variabel yang dominan adalah pelatihan (p=0,000 RP=15,6), imbalan (p=0,001 RP=8,9) dan sikap (p=0,002 RP=7,8). Simpulan: Pelatihan, imbalan dan sikap merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas pemegang program P2TB di Puskesmas Kota Semarang. Disarankan: Kepala Puskesmas perlu melakukan pemetaan tentang pelatihan, pemberian motivasi dan imbalan secara material maupun non material terhadap petugas pemegang program P2TB. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, petugas TB paru, pelatihan, imbalan dan sikap. Background : Case detection rate of pulmonary TB in Semarang was 61% and is still under national target of 70%. It might be due to the low performance of TB program officer in the health center. It is important to study several factor related to the performance. Aim of this study was to analyse the performance of TB program officer in detection of TB patients : knowledge, attitude, perception of leadership, workload, reward, training and facilities. Method : This is a cross sectional study. Population target were TB program officer in 37 healths center of Semarang. Data were collected with questionnaires and indepth interview. Data were analysed with chi square test and logistic regression Result: There were a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, perception of leadership, reward and training with performance of TB program officer (p<0,05). Whereas, workload and facilities showed no significant relationship (p>0,05). Multiple logistic regression showed the dominant variables were training (p=0,000 PR=15,6), reward (p=0,001 PR=8,9) and attitude (p=0,002,PR=7,8). Conclusion : training, reward and attitude are factors related to the performance of TB program officer in health center of Semarang. Recommendation: The head of public health center should map the training, gives motivation and rewards, either material or immaterial for TB program officer.
