KONTRIBUSI USAHATANI PADI DAN USAHA SAPI POTONG TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA PETANI DI KECAMATAN PURWODADI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1). untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan usahatani padi, 2). untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan usaha penggemukan sapi potong, 3). untuk menganalisis kontribusi usahatani padi dan kontribusi usaha penggemukan sapi potong terhadap pendapatan keluarga petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan dengan pengambilan sampel pada kelompok tani ternak sapi penggemukan. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi digunakan metode analisis Cobb-Douglas yang diestimasi ke dalam bentuk persamaan regresi linear berganda. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dikaji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang diestimasi dengan teknik Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Analisis kontribusi pendapatan diperoleh dengan cara membandingkan antara pendapatan masing-masing usaha dengan pendapatan total keluarga petani dalam satu tahun dikalikan 100%, serta dapat dilihat juga dari nilai B/C ratio yang dihasilkan. Kontribusi pendapatan juga dapat dianalisis dengan one sample t-test yang dapat diketahui melalui nilai mean dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: 1). faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap produksi padi adalah jumlah benih, jumlah pupuk, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan luas lahan. 2). faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani padi adalah harga bibit, harga pupuk, upah tenaga kerja, dan harga padi. 3). faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi usaha sapi potong adalah jumlah sapi yang dipelihara, jumlah pakan hijauan, dan jumlah pakan konsentrat. 4). faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha penggemukan sapi potong adalah harga sapi, harga pakan konsentrat, harga obat-obatan, dan upah tenaga kerja. 5). kontribusi usahatani padi lebih besar dari kontribusi usaha sapi potong terhadap pendapatan total keluarga petani. The research was conducted in Purwodadi District of Grobogan Regency. The sampling of the research were feedlot cattle farmers. The analysis method of the research was Cobb-Douglas methods that was used to analyse the factors influencing production. Factors that affect revenue were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis that estimated by the technique of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Income contribution assessed by using analysis of B/C ratio and one-sample t-test. The results of research were: 1). factors that affected the production of rice were the number of seeds, the amount of fertilizer, the amount of labor, and width of land. 2). factors that affected farming income were the price of rice seed, fertilizer price, wage of labor, and the price of rice. 3). factors that influenced the production of beef cattle were the number of cows being kept, the amount of forage feed, and the amount of concentrate feed, and the number of medicine. 4). factors that affected revenue of beef cattle fattening were the price of beef cattle, the price of concentrate feed, medicines price, and labor wage. 5). revenue contribution of rice farming were bigger than revenue contribution of beef cattle farming to the farmer family income.
