Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Demak jika ditinjau dari pelaksanaan standar proses sesuai dengan Permendiknas Nomor 41 Tahun 2007 yang meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran dan pengawasan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan desain penelitian kualitatif yang mendiskripsikan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja guru. Sedangkan untuk mengungkapkan datanya menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru telah melaksanakan perencanaan proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk penyusunan silabus dan RPP sesuai standar proses ( Permendiknas Nomor 41 Tahun 2007 ) dengan cara adaptasi dan sebagian kecil yang menyusunnya dengan cara produksi sendiri, dari segi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran ditemukan adanya pengelolaan kelas yang tidak efektif yang disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara kenyataan dengan yang dipersyaratkan dalam standar proses ( misalnya kelas yang gemuk, beban kerja minimal guru dan jumlah buku teks pelajaran siswa ). Sementara kinerja guru dalam menilai proses pembelajaran diperoleh gambaran bahwa semua guru telah melaksanakan penilaian proses pembelajaran secara konsisten, sistematis dan terprogram , sedangkan dari segi pengawasan dapat digambarkan hanya sebagian guru yang telah menjalani pengawasan pada tahap pemantauan , supervisi, evaluasi, pelaporan dan tindak lanjut sementara sebagian lagi belum sempat mengalami pengawasan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan peneliti antara lain: sekolah perlu mengintensifkan sosialisasi atau In House Traning ( IHT ) tentang standar proses, sehingga kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Demak dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan The objective of the study is to find out the teachers’ performance of SMA Negeri 2 Demak reviewed from the implementation of the process standard stated by The Education Minister’s Acts no 41 in 2007 which includes the planning the implementation, the assessment and supervision of teaching-learning process. This study takes a qualitative research design that describes the objective of the research to find out the teachers’ performance. The data were obtained by applying documentation techniques, observation and interviews. The result showed that most teachers have been fulfilling the planning of the teaching-learning process in arranging the syllabi and lesson plans in accordance with the process standard ( The Education Minister’s Acts no 41 in 2007 ) in the way of adaptation and some in the way of self- production. From the implementation of teaching-learning process, it was found out that there was ineffective class management caused by the inconsistence of the reality with the process standards required ( e.g a big class, minimum working responsibilities of teachers and the quantity of student books ). From the teachers’ performance in assessing the teaching-learning process, it can be described that all teachers have already implemented the assessment of the programed, systematic, and consistent teaching-learning process. In terms of the inspection it can be described that only some teachers have got it on the stage of monitoring, supervision, evaluation, reporting and follow up while some others haven’t gone through because of the limited number of the officials. The recommendation proposed by the researcher is that the school is required to intensify the socialization or In House Training ( IHT ) about the process standard so that the teachers’ performance of SMA Negeri 2 Demak can be improved Key words : Planning, Implementation, Assessment, and Supervision.
