Abstract
Di dalam dunia industri peran dari Heat exchanger sangat penting, sehingga penguasaan akan materi tersebut akan sangat menunjang keberhasilan di dunia kerja di bidang konversi energi. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah agar mahasiswa mampu memahami tentang heat balance Heat exchanger, mengetahui Performance Heat exchanger , mampu mengetahui pengaruh bahan bakar bila tidak menggunakan Heat exchanger3 dan mengetahui factor factor gangguan yang mempengaruhi Heat exchanger tidak operasional. Metodologi yang diterapkan yaitu metode penelitian dan metode observasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan heat balance ,penyerapan panas yang terjadi kurang baik ,dan perhitungan jumlah bahan bakar yang terbuang apabila tidak menggunakan Heat exchanger 3 pada beban 215 MW sebesar 1.30 kg/h dan pada beban 300 MW sebesar 8.26 kg/h, dan performance Heat exchanger kurang baik,serta gangguan gangguan yang terjadi apabila Heat exchanger di outservivekan karena temperature dan pressure yang terlalu tinggi. Penggunaan Heat exchanger sangat diperlukan dalam suatu pembangkitan karena dapat mengefisiensikan pembakaran dalam boiler. Nilai hasil kalor pembakaran apabila tanpa Heat exchanger 3 kurang efisien karena banyak membuang bahan bakar yang digunakan dalam pembakaran di boiler pada beban 215 MW yaitu sebesar 1.30 kg/h atau Rp. 18729.49,-/hari dan pada beban 300 MW sebesar 8.26 kg/h atau Rp. 118967.35,-/hari. Kesetimbangan panas yang terjadi pada ketiga Heat exchanger tersebut kurang baik dan terjadi penyerapan panas secara kurang sempurna karena tidak mencapai standart, dan standart Heat exchanger yang baik pada Heat exchanger#1 68.28 T/h untuk Heat exchanger#2 73.414 T/h untuk Heat exchanger#3 35.891 T/h .Performance Heat exchanger#1, Heat exchanger#2, Heat exchanger#3 kurang baik karena tidak memenuhi standart yang ditentukan. Kata kunci: Heat exchanger,operasional dan tidak operasionalnya In the industrial world the role of Heat exchanger is very important, so mastery of the material will be very supportive of the success in the world of work in the field of energy conversion. The purpose of this thesis is that students are able to understand the heat balance of the Heat exchanger, knowing Performance Heat exchanger, is able to determine the effect of fuel when not using high pressure and knowing heater3 factor interference factors that affect Heat exchanger tidak operasional. The methodology applied the method of research and observation methods. Based on the heat balance calculations, which occurred less heat absorption is good, and the calculation of the amount of fuel wasted when not using Heat exchanger 3 at 215 MW load of 1.30 kg / h and at 300 MW load of 8.26 kg / h, and performance Heat exchanger is not good, and the distractions that occur when Heat exchanger in outservivekan due to temperature and pressure that is too high. The use of Heat exchanger is very necessary in a generation as it can streamline the combustion in the boiler. Calorific value results when no high pressure combustion heater 3 is less efficient because many dumping fuel used in the combustion in the boiler at 215 MW load that is equal to 1.30 kg / h or Rp. 18729.49,- / day and at 300 MW load of Rp.8.26 kg / h or 118967.35 ,- / day. Thermal equilibrium occurs at the third Heat exchanger and poor heat absorption occurs in less than perfect because it does not reach the standard, and the standard Heat exchanger is good at Heat exchanger # 1 68.28 T / h for Heat exchanger # 2 73 414 T / h for Heat exchanger # 3 35 891 T / h.Performance Heat exchanger # 1, Heat exchanger # 2, # 3 Heat exchanger is not good because it does not meet the prescribed standard.
