Abstract

Rumah sakit bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan k4esehatan kepada masyarakat, yang terus dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Berdasarkan PerMenKes RI No.749a/MENKES/Per?XII/1980 tentang rekam medismenyatakan peningkatan mutu harus disertai adanya sarana penunjamg yang memadai antara lain penyelenggaraan rekam medis pada setiap sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal pegawai yang berhubungan dengan praktek pengelolaan data rekam medis di RSUD dr.Rubini Mempawah. Jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung pada 17 orang petugas rekam dan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Rank Spearmandan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 52,9 % responden mengatakan sumber daya yang disediakan tidak mendukung, 58 % responden merasa kompensasi mendukung, 76,6 % responden merasa dukungan atasan cukup, 58,8 % merasa supervisi cukup, danm praktek pengelolaan data rekam medis petugas rekam medis di RSUD dr. Rubini Mempawah adalah cukup 53,0 %. Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearmandan, sumber daya (p value = 0,001),kompensasi (p value = 0,001), dukungan atasan (p value = 0,003),supervisi (p value = 0,025,) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan praktek pengelolaan data rekam medis. Untuk mengetahui praktek pengelolaan data rekam medis yang dilakukan petugas, perlu menyediakan lemari khusus penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis yang bertutup, pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai prestasi kerja, atasan memberi perhatian terhadap hasil kerja petugas dan supervisor melakukan koreksi terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan petugas. Hospital was purposed to give health for all people. There are demand to keep increasing quality service. According to Indonesia regulations Nomber. 749a/MENKES/Per?XII/1980 about medical records for all health service. The research want to know the relatuion between external factors at employees with executing practice medical records at dr. Rubini hospital. The type of research is explanotori research using cross sectional approach.Respondents are 17 employees of medical records at dr. Rubini hospital. Data was collected through indirect interview with medical records, done was vality and reability test. The used statistical test was rank spearman correlation. The result of the research indicates tahat 52,9 % respondents feel no completeed withsupporting resources, 58,0 % of respondents feel that compensation given was completed, 76,6 % at responden feel that their senior support is enough, 58,8 % of respondents feel that supervision given enough, and 53 % executing of medical record practice employees at dr. Rubini hospital Mempawah is enough. The result of Rank Spearman correlationtest, resources (p value = 0,001), compensation (p value = 0,001), senior support ( p value = 0,003), supervision (p value =0,025) have a significant correlation with the practice. In order to increase the practice performed by the employee, need supporting resources was completed, appropriate comprensation giving, regular supervision, is required, and increasing the senior support.
