Abstract
ABSTRACT Green building is currently being an important issue in Indonesia’s development. The green building concept for development should apply the environmental principles, start from design, construction, operation, and management. As time has emerged certified Green Building in Indonesia. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) as a certification body has issued a New Building GREENSHIP Version 1.1 as a guide to green building assessment criteria for new buildings. One of the criteria that assessed is Appropriate Web Development (ASD). The criteria contained in 7 sub-criteria which have 17 points maximum. These sub criteria are, site selection, community accessibility, public transportation, bicycle, site landscaping, micro climate and storm water management. This study was conducted to determine how ASD criteria applied at Campus B Diponegoro University, by measuring the object based on GREENSHIP NB Version 1.1 rating tools. From the results of the study, Campus B Diponegoro University earns 7 points out of a total 17 points, or approximately 41.18% rating level for ASD. This baseline points get from some sub criteria such as site selection, community accessibility, and micro climate. In addition to rating,this study also givesrecommendations output for compliance to maximizethe points based on predetermined benchmark.
