Abstract

The increasing of Laundry needs in modern era causes the competition of this business become so much tightful. This situation drives the owner of this business have to maximize their own business’ performance to survive in this market competition. The owner of this business should be more understanding about the customer needs and wants This study was carried out at laundry “Laundry Zone” in Banjarsari Raya Tembalang. This study aims to determine the effect of competitive price, location and sales promotion towards consumer’s repurchase intention. This study’s data were collected by using survey method with questionnaire tools, both using open and closed questionaireto 75 respondents. Analyzes used multiple linear regresion analysis from the results of regression analysis can be seen that all variables are effect on customerrepurchase intentions, it means that, if there’s a changes on one or more independent variables, it will effect on its dependent variable. That result also shown that the location has the greatest influence. Therefore,it can be reccomend to laundry zone to continue in maintenance and improvement the location of its business, along with improvement of the price to be more competitive and creation of sales promotion, so that it will generate in consumer’s repurchase intention
