ANALISIS DAYA SAING SEKTOR UNGGULAN DALAM STRUKTUR PEREKONOMIAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2010

Abstract

This study aims to identify the leading sectors that exist in Central Java, and then these sectors in identifying which sectors which have export competitiveness. This study uses data GRDP at Constant 2000 Market Prices by Industrial Year 2007-2010 Data Table Value Main Export Commodities Group Central Java, especially industry in 2007-2010. The data obtained from the secondary survey, the use of data already available in the relevant agencies. Based on the results of the study by using the tools Location Quotient (LQ), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), and Export Unit Price (HSE), the results of the leading sectors in the province LQ Java tenggah of agriculture (1.16), industry (1.44 ); penggolahan electricity, water and gas (1.06); Trade, Hotels and Restaurants (1.26); Services-Services (1,14). But of the 5 sectors that have the highest index of industries with LQ (1.44), and from the results of the RCA who have good competitiveness and export unit value haraga (HSE) is high (HS 171) fabrics, woven, of RCA-made fibers and HSE 47 132 3,02 Euro / kg; (HS 181) articles of clothing RCA HSE 1.40 and 100 720 Euro / Kg; (HS 191) RCA skin and HSE 160 949 1.15 Euro / Kg (HS 312) and control equipment electrical distribution and HSE 1.24 RCA 157. 051 Euro / Kg. From this study it can be concluded that the sector can be counted on to boost economic growth through exports and the competitiveness of exports has a very good and have the high selling price of the Hannya Sector Industries, Other. Therefore permerintah should more aggressively to export competitiveness of industries that have a good and have a high unit price to spur output growth and the revenues of the province of Central Java, among other commodities fabrics, woven, of man-made fibers; articles of clothing; equipment controllers and distribution of electricity deserve to be preserved because (RCA> 1) and (HSE> average)
