ANALISIS MODEL JUMLAH KEDATANGAN DAN WAKTU PELAYANAN BAGIAN LABORATORIUM INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSUP Dr. KARIADI SEMARANG

Abstract

Laboratory in installation outpatient RSUP Dr. Kariadi provide 2 room for examination patient further having finished examination doctor. Many patients in the laboratory resulted in a queue so the service of the hospital less than optimal. Hence, required some kind of model a queue to improve the service by using the data of the patient and the arrival of service period. From the result of the analysis it gives the queue model in laboratory area is (M/G/2)∶(GD/∞/∞). Keywords: Queue models, Laboratory, RSUP Dr. Kariadi
