ANALISIS PROBABILITAS PENERIMAAN LULUSAN PERGURUAN TINGGI DI SUATU DIVISI DALAM PERUSAHAAN MENGGUNAKAN REGRESI LOGISTIK MULTINOMIAL

Abstract

Graduate of diploma and bachelor were exploded year by year caused more difficult to looking for jobs. Therefore company become sharper during accepted the applicants. One of the ways is determine the factor of requirement a graduate to apply in company, such as education, age, GPA, gender, fluently in English, work experience, and organization experience. Every company had division with this each qualification. Thus we do research to know the probability of a diploma and bachelor with their ability use multinomial logistic regression analysis. Multinomial logistic regression is one of statistic method to know probability from response variable, it is division of company.
