Abstract

Civil society empowerment programs do not taje place at the presidential campaign by televison media. Such campaigns become like singing contests because of the strong entertainment aspects. Political parties and mass organizations, wich initialy were the effective political machines, are no longer playing significants roles. Television and other parties behind the scenes, in the end become the important actors in the presidential elections as well as the architects of the political agendas for the next stage.
