Abstract

Democratization in reformation era of Indonesia brings a lot of excesses. Too much freedom causes many horizontal and vertical conflicts. The political stability is disturbed and the spirit of nationalism declined. The solution of these problems is to restore Pancasila's initial position as the national soul and problem solving principle. But recently it tends to be neglected and its role thrown away.
