Abstract
The purpose of this researched is to know what is the direct effect of work motivation, work environment, and work stress toward employee’s performance by using quantity approach. The subject is the employee in Public Hospital of Puri Asih, Salatiga which has capacity of 98 persons. Method used to collect data in the research is questionnaire. Technique used in the research to get the conclusion is a multiple linear regression technique. Analyzing data by using a multiple linear regression’s technique, it shown result that Y = 0,324 X1 + 0,228 X2 – 0,267 X3. It interpret that the work motivation and work environment have positive effect toward employee’s performance and work stress have negative effect toward employee’s performance. Because of the significant value of work motivation and work stress is less than 0,05 and the significant value of work environment is more than 0,05 so, that can be concluded that there is the effect of work motivation and work stress significantly toward employee’s performance in Public Hospital of Puri Asih Salatiga and there is not the effect of work environment significantly toward employee’s performance in Public Hospital of Puri Asih Salatiga
