Abstract

Universitas Diponegoro Program Pascasarjana Program Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Konsentrasi Administrasi Rumah Sakit 2012 ABSTRAK Tri Kusumawati Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Perawat tentang Dukungan Manajemen terhadap Praktik Kolaborasi Perawat-Dokter di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Setjonegoro Wonosobo 98 halaman + 22 tabel + 8 gambar + 17 lampiran Praktik Kolaborasi perawat-dokter bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Rumah Sakit. Praktik kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter di ruang rawat inap RSUD Setjonegoro Wonosobo belum optimal dalam hal komunikasi dan kerjasama. Perawat merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan pasien di RS. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi perawat tentang faktor dukungan manajemen terhadap pelaksanaan kolaborasi. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik. Populasi penelitian adalah 151 perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Setjonegoro Wonosobo. Sejumlah 90 perawat dipilih secara purposif dengan kriteria inklusi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik kolaborasi perawat-dokter 40% dalam taraf akan berunding. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan ada hubungan antara pendidikan perawat, persepsi perawat tentang dukungan pedoman dan persepsi pemenuhan kebutuhan kompetensi dengan praktik kolaborasi. Tidak ada hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, dan persepsi dukungan insentif dengan praktik kolaborasi. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan adanya pengaruh bersama-sama antara persepsi dukungan pedoman dan persepsi pemenuhan kompetensi terhadap praktik kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter. Disimpulkan bahwa praktik kolaborasi perawat-dokter masih kurang, disebabkan oleh dukungan pedoman kolaborasi dan dukungan pemenuhan kebutuhan kompetensi yang masih rendah. Collaboration practices between nurses and physicians in the inpatient room of RSUD Setjonegoro especially in communication and collaboration were not optimal. Nurses were at the front line for patient service in the hospital. Objective of this study was to analyze the influence of nurse’s perception on management support toward the implementation of collaboration. This was an observational-analytical study. Study population was 151 nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD Setjonegoro Wonosobo. Ninety nurses were selected purposively according to inclusion criteria. Chi-square test and regression logistic were applied in the data analysis. Results of the study showed that 40% of nurse-physician collaboration practice was in the discussion phase. Result of bivariate analysis indicated an association between collaboration practice and nurse education, nurse’s perception on guideline support, perception on the fulfillment of competence need. No association was found between collaboration practice and age, sex, work period, perception on incentive support. Multivariate analysis showed joint effect between perception on guideline support and perception on the fulfillment of competence toward collaboration practice between nurses and physicians. In conclusion, nurses-physician collaboration practice was inadequate; It was caused by insufficiency on guideline collaboration support and completeness of competence needs.
