Abstract
The Javanese society living can not be separated with the noble culture values; this opinion has been closed and become trade mark. This noble culture value makes every Javanese speaker always be tied to many order or rules that must be followed. It shows that Javanese speaker must be normative in speaking, obeying the rules which prevails to keep balance, harmony, and to avoid the confrontations. The denial speech act is uniting of two different principles, they are: (1) the principle of self deference from an accusation in order the prestige and the dignity will be respected, and (2) the principle of keeping the politeness and harmony which used to evercome self-interest. This Joining will produce the type of denial speech act as a parameter of the politeness for each Javanese speaker
